Why remove product reviews ? Expect an increase in product returns, because like me, there would be people relying on reviews for sizing etc.
Ezibuy I don't understand why you would remove product reviews. This does not assist the customers at all. This will now influence me to avoid purchasing any online Ezibuy products. I was a loyal buyer!!!!

Terrible company. Put sale items in my shopping cart while I kept shopping. Went to pay a short time later and they had 'sold out', yet items were available next day for full price. Two emails and no response. Won't buy off them again.
Not very happy with the time it took to get my order. Website says up to 5 business days, it took more than 2 weeks which unfortunately meant the clothes arrived too late for the event I needed them for. The nearest store is only 2 hours away, so no idea why it took so long. Also a merino cardigan I bought started pilling the second day I wore it.
If I wanted winter clothes in spring, I would wait for an end of season sale. Unacceptable delivery time frame. Quality is poor, especially now that Miller’s and Rockmans brands have bought into the business. Never again!
I have been a customer of over 20 years and never had a problem until now. I returned 3 items for refund which showed they were delivered to the address on the label 2 days after I posted them and now 15 days later and after 2-3 phone calls I still haven't received my refund. I rang again today and was told it would be sorted today but I would have to wait another 5 days for processing and I would be charged $7.50 for using the return label that they provided. What a scam EziBuy!!!! This company has obviously sold out to another, probably the Chinese as the clothing has become cheap and nasty and very ill fitting. I will never buy anything from them again and I warn others to find an alternative shop to buy your clothes from.
Ordered two items only one turned up so I had to ring twice to chase up the item ..finely arrived after weeks. I had to return one item as to big. Just a warning they give you a sticker for returning and then take the postage of the return item money. Not a great way to go. So just remember you pay for returns! I will not using Ezibuy again.
Made an order with ezibuy in December 2020, items were of pretty poor quality & were not suitable, so I returned them on December 30th and they were received by ezibuy on the 31st. A week past and there was no correspondence, so I emailed them. I heard nothing from them, so a week later, I called them.
I was told that I would receive my refund by the 22nd January 2021 and if I didn’t, to call them back and they would put in a missing return claim.
On the 29th January, they finally replied to my email (3 weeks later) and said that if I have not received my refund by 10th February, to call them and they would put in a missing return claim.
On the 17th of February, I still had no refund and no correspondence, so I called them, only to be left on hold for 30+ minutes. I hung up and rang back the next day, same thing. I hung up after 30 minutes and sent them a very firm email. 10 days later (today) I got a response saying that they will put in a missing return claim (why it’s taken 2 months for this to happen, I have no idea) and I should have my funds in 3-4 days. I’m not holding my breath, but I’m definitely taking this further if I don’t see my money in 4 days.
DO NOT waste your time with this company. The customer service is atrocious, the quality of the clothing is not worth the hefty pricing and, above all, they like to give their customers the run around and hold onto the money they owe us. It shouldn’t be this hard to process a refund! Never shopping here again!

I told their customer service person I was going to make a complaint to the Department of Fair-trading and leave reviews on line, she said go ahead, have a nice day. I can see why now. so many bad reviews and they don't care. I sent my order back on the 31st Dec 2020. Australia Post tracking shows it was delivered on the 4th January at 2:00pm.
they tell me they have not received it as it has not yet reach their warehouse in NZ. They insist that I complete a "Waiver of entitlement". My understand of that is that I will waiver my entitlement to a refund.
Even Dept of Fair trading was confused with this. They have referred me on to their legal services.
Never buy anything from this company!
Too many eggs in one basket inexperienced people running a company and all of the companies in the Beme name are in the same boat... Everything they tell you on the phone is untrue...Once a very happy customer but never ever again...Advice to anyone considering buying "Run Forrest Run". Not to be trusted. I know that the return refund I'm owed will never be paid..Ps.I do apologise to Ezibuy re the refund which came through today after 7 weeks. But I do stand by the rest of my review.
The clothing items advertised on sale are often on a wait list and you are informed after purchase. In my case for 2 items different sales they refunded 2 or 3 weeks later. Ezibuy deliveries used to take 1 or 2 days but so much longer now and even longer for returns and exchanges.
I had been a happy customer fir many years but recently I noticed that the sizing are inaccurate.To date,I have returned about 5 items already mostly due to inaccurate sizing.My latest buy wS a pair of size 40 Heine jeans which is one size up than my usual but it was very tight.I think I will stop ordering from Ezibuy.
Won’t be using Ezibuy again - upon returning an item I am $17.40 out of pocket - may as well ripped up a $20 note. In addition it’s weeks since they received the return & no money has arrived in my account.
My advice is free: DON’T USE THIS COMPANY ... EVER.
This company has not paid for stock delivered over a year ago. They are now not responding to emails. Very unprofessional. Still operating and ordering but not paying suppliers.
